These Terms govern your access to and use of the EstateRadar platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
EstateRadar is an independent technology platform that aggregates, enriches and distributes property listings. We are not a licensed real estate agency and do not represent buyers or sellers.
2. No agency relationship
Using the platform does not create an agency, brokerage or fiduciary relationship. Property transactions are conducted through licensed real estate professionals.
3. Listings & content
Listing data may originate from third parties. We take reasonable steps to normalize and validate it but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability.
4. AI outputs
AI-generated matches, descriptions, valuations and analytics are informational estimates, not advice. See our AI Transparency page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data without permission, infringe others' rights, or attempt to bypass supplier-identity protections.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and its branding are owned by EstateRadar or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EstateRadar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on listings or AI outputs.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
